Buying on Sellpy

If you regret your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days, provided that the ID tag is intact and the item is in the same condition. The return shipping costs depends on your country. You can get a label through the order section of your Sellpy profile. You will receive the shipping label as a PDF. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the item at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when the return is processed, and the refund will be made within 3 days thereafter.

You can file a complaint through your orders on your Sellpy profile. Select the item you wish to complain about and follow the instructions. You will receive a response from us within 1-2 working days. Do not return the item before receiving our response. If your package has been lost or damaged during transport to you, please contact our customer service.

Your order delivery time can be found at the checkout and on your order page. Once the package is handed over to the shipping company, you can track it to you. You will see the estimated delivery time in your shopping cart before completing the purchase and in your order confirmation. Your order is shipped with the delivery method you chose at checkout.

Sellpy Credits are used as payment method on Sellpy and can be acquired by converting your sales proceeds (with an extra 5% for shopping) or purchasing a gift card. One Sellpy Credit is worth 1 EUR and is valid for one year.

If your order is missing or has been damaged during transport to you, you can of course report this to Sellpy. We will investigate what happened together with the shipping company and get back to you with a solution. Contact our customer service for help, use the chat for the fastest support.

If an individual item was damaged or missing when the order was delivered to you, register a complaint via your Sellpy profile. When we have reviewed your complaint, you will receive feedback via e-mail.
